SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Tracking numbers. Shipments placed before 2pm EST are most often mailed the same day Monday-Saturday. However, this is not guaranteed, please allow 24-48 hours for packages to be shipped. All orders placed on Sunday will be shipped Monday, as USPS and FedEx are closed on Sundays. Please be mindful of federal holidays when USPS and FedEx may be closed. Orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we make a mistake on your order we will do everything possible to correct it. If you are dissatisfied with any products, please contact us. You may be asked to return a damaged item for a replacement. All return requests must be made within 14 days of order shipment. Rest assured any products returned opened or sealed will never be resold. We are unable to offer refunds for opened items.
