About Mystic Island Kratoms

We have had yet another delay in processing our new shipment. The good news is that our shipment has arrived, is at our warehouse and is waiting to be processed. The delay is that there was a clerical error in some of the paperwork which has delayed the release process. We did not find out about this "hold" until this morning before coming into work to process the shipment. The error has been resolved and we are now waiting for the shipment to be released to us. We understand that there may be some confusion since the shipment is currently in our warehouse, however, as we just found out ourselves, this is another type of hold that the customs agency has the power to put into action. Barring any further issues we have been told that this could take from one day to one week before it is resolved.  Many of the hold ups in our recent shipments have been unforeseen but we apolgize to all of our customers and send out deepest thanks for staying with us over these last months.
